What is Virtual Power Meter?
The Virtual Power Meter app for Android is designed specifically for fluid and magnetic turbo trainers. This innovative app calculates Virtual Power based on speed sensor data, using the power curve of a turbo trainer. Additionally, it transmits Virtual Power information to nearby ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) enabled devices. With this advanced functionality, there's no need for a bicycle power meter when training indoors.
The app supports both ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless technologies, allowing it to connect with Speed, Cadence, Speed & Cadence, and Heart Rate sensors that use either ANT+ or Bluetooth LE. Additionally, it broadcasts Virtual Power data using ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
The Lifeline TT-02 Fluid Trainer provides a realistic, progressive power curve to accurately simulate the feel of outdoor riding conditions. The trainer is suitable for all common bike types from 26″ to 700c, perfect for indoor training.
